Introduction of Philippines Cabinet Project
In 2012, we participated in the customization of cabinets for a large-scale residential project in the Philippines, and totally customized 280 sets of cabinets. The project is a high-end residential building, which involves multiple apartments of different types. We need to design and customize cabinets for each type of apartment. We employ advanced custom craftsmanship and high-quality materials to ensure that each cabinet can meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
During the design phase, we work closely with our clients to understand their preferences and habits in order to provide them with the best possible cabinet design. According to the floor plan and actual measurement results provided by the customer, our designers made a cabinet design plan and showed the customer the 3D model of the cabinet to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the appearance and function of the cabinet.
During the customization stage, we use high-quality materials and modern production equipment to ensure that the quality of each cabinet meets our standards. Our manufacturing process is meticulously planned and monitored to ensure that each cabinet is delivered on time and to the customer’s specifications.
Finally, during the installation phase, our team installs each cabinet on site to ensure that each cabinet fits perfectly into the client’s home and lifestyle. We also provide after-sales service to ensure that customers are satisfied with our work and provide necessary maintenance and repair services when required.

Philippines Cabinet Custom Process
After receiving the customer’s demand, the project design team will communicate with the customer and conduct demand analysis. Through discussion, the team can understand the customer’s budget, preferences, actual needs and other information, so as to provide customers with tailor-made solutions. According to the customer’s needs and actual situation, the design team will work out a detailed design plan, and provide design drawings and quotations to the customer after confirmation.
After the design scheme is confirmed, the customer needs to choose the required material and color. According to the customer’s selection, the design team will further confirm the required size and accessories.
Once the materials and dimensions have been determined, the production team will start manufacturing the cabinets. Each cabinet is carefully manufactured, and the production process has been verified and improved many times to ensure that the quality and appearance of each cabinet can meet customer requirements. The manufacturing process requires strict control of each step, including cutting, assembling, sanding and painting.
After fabrication, the cabinets are quality checked and packed, and arrangements are made for delivery and installation. Prior to delivery and installation, customers will be notified of the time and location of delivery and installation so they can prepare. The installers will install according to the design drawings to ensure that each cabinet is perfect. After the installation is complete, the design team will also perform a final acceptance check to ensure that all work has been done to the client’s specifications.
We will regularly communicate with customers to understand their satisfaction with our products and services, and make improvements based on customer feedback.
