Modern Luxury Meets Coastal Elegance
- Project Name: Florida Whole Home Case
- Location: Florida, USA
- Project Scope: Full Apartment Customization (Kitchen, Living & Dining, Bedrooms, Closet, Laundry, Bathroom)
Located in one of Florida’s premier residential areas, this whole-home customization project is a masterclass in modern coastal living for 2026. Successfully delivered for our client, the design captures the airy, sun-drenched spirit of Florida while maintaining a high-end, urban aesthetic.
The goal was to create a seamless transition between functional zones using a unified design language—blending wood-grain melamine (Series Y126) with sophisticated white lacquer surfaces (Series L3101A) to reflect natural light and enhance the sense of space.
1. The Open-Plan Kitchen
The heart of this Florida apartment is its open-plan kitchen and living area, designed to maximize social interaction and visual flow.
Spatial Fluidity
This wide-angle view showcases how the kitchen spills directly into the living space. The use of consistent white lacquer (L3101A) for the lower cabinets and wood-grain melamine (Y126) for the uppers creates a “layered” look that feels both grounded and lightweight.
The Marble Island Centerpiece
A stunning marble kitchen island anchors the room. It serves as a culinary prep station, a breakfast bar, and a subtle visual divider. The waterfall edge of the marble adds a touch of architectural drama typical of high-end North America projects.
Seamless Integration
To maintain the minimalist aesthetic, the refrigerator is fully integrated into the cabinetry. This “hidden appliance” trend is a hallmark of PA Home’s modern kitchen design, ensuring that bulky technology doesn’t disrupt the elegant lines of the custom furniture.
2. Living & Dining and The Outdoor Kitchen
Durable & Stylish
We utilized specialized all-weather cabinetry in a contemporary matte mocha finish, designed to withstand the coastal humidity. The setup includes an integrated premium gas grill, a high-performance hood, and a convenient prep sink.
Indoor-Outdoor Flow
Large-scale sliding glass doors from our window & door system act as a transparent wall, allowing the indoor culinary zone and the outdoor BBQ area to function as one massive entertaining space.
3. Closets & Wardrobes
Storage efficiency is vital for apartment living. PA Home utilized innovative materials and lighting to turn functional storage into a design feature.
The Boutique Closet
This glass door closet design uses internal LED lighting to create a high-end retail experience at home. The dark aluminum frames contrast beautifully with the warm interior wood grain.
Space-Saving Elegance
For secondary bedrooms, we implemented sliding door closets. These are perfect for tighter spaces in modern North America apartments, providing full access to storage without requiring swing-out clearance.
4. The Spa Experience
Double Vanity Sophistication
The master bath features a modern bathroom vanity with a double-sink configuration. Floating cabinetry creates a sense of floor-space openness, while the light wood finish adds warmth to the stone-tiled walls.
Smart Lighting
Integrated LED mirrors provide optimal task lighting for grooming while adding a futuristic glow to the space.
5. Functional Utility
Even the most utilitarian spaces in the Florida project received a luxury upgrade.
Organized Efficiency
The laundry room custom cabinet design focuses on vertical storage. By utilizing high-gloss white lacquer (L3101A) for the cabinetry, we made the typically small space feel larger and easier to clean. Custom niches for the washer and dryer ensure a flush, built-in look that eliminates clutter.
6. Indoor-Outdoor Transitions
Florida living is defined by the connection to the outdoors. We optimized the transition areas to feature the apartment’s stunning views.
Sun-Drenched Spaces
The modern apartment sunroom area acts as a bridge between the interior luxury and the external pool view. Large-format glass doors allow the Florida sun to illuminate the white lacquer surfaces, creating a vibrant, high-energy environment.
Window Systems
As part of PA Home’s “Full System Customization,” the aluminum window frames were selected to withstand high coastal wind loads while offering a slim-profile aesthetic that doesn’t obstruct the scenery.
Why PA Home for this Florida Project?
1. Advanced Surface Treatment (L3101A + Y126)
The choice of materials was driven by Florida’s climate and modern aesthetic trends. We combined:
- L3101A (White Lacquer): A multi-layer lacquer process that ensures a deep, consistent white finish, providing a modern, sleek touch while reflecting Florida’s natural light.
- Y126 (Wood-Grain Melamine): Offers a highly durable, scratch-resistant surface with a realistic wood texture, adding organic warmth to the home’s interior.
2. Precision CNC Manufacturing
Every panel for this Florida project was processed using our Industry 4.0 automated lines. This ensures that the intricate edge-banding and internal hardware drillings are accurate to the millimeter, allowing for a smooth “plug-and-play” installation experience on-site.
3. Comprehensive Export Services
With 17 years of experience in the North American market, PA Home managed the full lifecycle:
- Custom 3D Renders: Allowing the client to walk through the space digitally before production.
- Moisture-Proof Packaging: Essential for sea freight to Florida.
- DDP Logistics: Full-service delivery that simplified the import process.
