Introduction of Dubai Wardrobes Project
We have had the honor of supplying 750 high quality wardrobes to the HTN Hotel in Dubai. This is a high-end hotel project, which is a very challenging task for us. Our customization process begins with understanding the customer’s needs and vision, and then designing according to the actual site conditions. Dubai Wardrobes Custom Process
Before the project starts, we need to have an initial communication with the client to understand their needs and requirements. At this stage, the customer is required to provide basic information such as the size and decoration style of the room, and discuss the design of the wardrobe.
Once we get the customer’s requirements and basic information such as size, we will send professional designers to the site for measurement and design. We will combine the customer’s requirements with the site situation, design a wardrobe plan that meets the customer’s needs, and provide the customer with a preliminary design drawing.
After getting the preliminary design drawing, we need to communicate with the customer again and show them our design proposal. If the customer has any comments or revisions on the plan, we will modify it according to the customer’s request.
When the customer is satisfied with our design, we will sign a formal contract with him. The contract will list the specific requirements, quantity, price and other information of the project in detail, and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
After confirming the contract, we will enter the production and installation stage. We will manufacture and process the wardrobe according to the customer’s requirements and design plan, and send professional installers to install it on site after completion.
After the production and installation of the wardrobe is completed, we will conduct project acceptance with the customer to ensure that the wardrobe meets the customer’s requirements and design plan. After the project acceptance, we will also provide after-sales service to ensure that any problems of customers during use can be solved in time.
