At that time, it undertook a large-scale residential project in Qatar, customizing and installing a total of 2,052 sets of cabinets. Qatar Cabinet Custom Process
Before starting to design and manufacture custom cabinetry, conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and expectations. This includes detailed requirements for cabinet styles, dimensions, materials, colors and accessories.
After determining the needs of the client, the designer will start to make the initial design of the cabinet and create a visual cabinet design drawing through 3D modeling software. Clients will have the opportunity to inspect the design and provide feedback to ensure the final design meets their expectations.
According to customer needs and budget, choose appropriate materials to make cabinets, such as solid wood, wood-based panels, high-pressure laminates, etc. When choosing a material, consider factors such as its aesthetics, sturdiness, and durability.
According to the client’s request and design, start to make the cabinet. This includes steps such as measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing accessories. During this process, quality control and safety measures are also taken into account to ensure that high quality cabinets are manufactured.
After the cabinet is made, the installer will go to the customer’s site for installation. During the installation process, care must be taken to ensure that the cabinets are perfectly installed in their intended positions and that safety regulations and operating procedures are followed.
