The base materials we use have not only been tested but have also proven to withstand the most challenging surroundings.
Kitchen Cabinets Colors
The quality of our door panels is assured as far as stainless steel kitchen cabinets are concerned. We will ensure the door panels are made of the same material used to make the cabinet frame. In addition, we have an array of finishes for the door panels. If you prefer stainless steel frames and wooden panels, we are also prepared to do that for you. And the final product will be just as elegant.
High-Quality Hardware
Hardware is always needed to attach door panels and drawers to the cabinet frame. Locks are another important addition to your kitchen cabinetry because they improve security, especially when storing valuable items. We normally design our stainless steel kitchen cabinets to last forever. As such, we ensure all sliders, hinges, knobs, pulls, and locks are all made of the highest quality materials.
Functional Accessories
Color placement on glass kitchen cabinets is as important as color choice. That’s why we have a variety of tone palettes for your consideration, such as bold, subdued, modern, and neutral tones. We can capably incorporate any tone, theme, or color in any glass kitchen cabinet style.
Countertops
You like metal cabinets because of their many benefits. But metal isn’t the most ideal material for countertops. It gets very cold during winter and transfers heat easily in summer. At PA we substitute metal with natural stones for superior impact, water, and heat resistance. Natural stones are also scratch-resistant. So, they are not only durable but also offer an original look and feel.
Humanization Design
We design kitchen cabinets to meet your specific requirements and personal preference in order to help you achieve the feeling of satisfaction. If our pre-made designs aren’t good enough, you can always submit your specifications for customized cabinetry.
Kitchen Cabinets Manufacturing Process:
- Cutting
In the cutting phase, we use a specialized German-made HOMAG cutting machine for making precision cuts.
- Lacquered
Once we are done inspecting color and measurements of the kitchen cabinets we apply a lacquer finish. Then our technicians attach a tracker bar code to the panels. Next, we apply a base coat and allow it to dry followed by sanding.
- Grooving
Our technicians use precise and accurate equipment during the grooving phase. This helps us produce exact grooves that perfectly fit panel construction, drawer bottoms as well as panels in the frame.
- PVC Vacuum
All the panels are cleaned once the door is shaped. Afterwards, each panel is prepped for gluing and the application of PVC finish.
- Edge Banding
During the edge banding phase we use 1 Nanxing machine and 2 KFT machines to work on 100 pieces of boards every hour. We can complete one board in every 36 seconds.
- Quality Inspection
Products usually undergo quality inspection in every phase. This way, we can be sure that the accessories, colors, sizes, and quantities are all correct. We also rule out any flaws in workmanship and materials by basing our quality inspection on the highest standards.
- Drilling
. One of them comes equipped with a dual-drilling position feature that enables it to drill up to 1800 pieces an hour.
- Packing
All our kitchen cabinet pieces are attached with a QR code bar. We use the QR code to scan and upload information about a specific item to our system.

Kitchen cabinets made of stainless steel have an incredibly smooth finish that’s not difficult to clean and maintain.
At PA Kitchen, we use stainless steel to make our kitchen cabinets. This post will cover why stainless steel is our go-to material. And why our stainless steel kitchen cabinets are the best on the market.
Is Stainless Steel Good for Kitchen Cabinets?
Image Sourced from stabila.com
New kitchen cabinetry can be a major indoor air-quality offender. This is so because cabinet construction often uses materials (such as solid wood) that contain harmful chemicals.
When vapor emitted by these products spreads in the kitchen. It may cause burning sensations in the throat, nose, and eyes due to the presence of formaldehyde. Other health concerns may include nausea, fatigue, headaches, and skin rashes.
While some people don’t seem troubled by such materials, others become highly sensitized. Some may have strong allergic reactions to even very low levels of harmful vapor emitted from such materials.
These days, there are alternative healthy options for kitchen cabinetry construction. Stainless steel is one of the better options for kitchen cabinets.
Unlike traditional solid wood units, PA Kitchen stainless steel cabinetry doesn’t contain formaldehyde (a product in the glue used to join two solid wood cabinets). Groundbreaking stainless steel construction of kitchen cabinets eliminates the health risks associated with formaldehyde.
When buying stainless steel cabinets, however, make sure they are entirely made of metal. They shouldn’t be merely metal glued to a pressed-wood core.
Is Stainless Steel Better in the Kitchen?
If you have serious plans to build a house or renovate an old one, it is wise for you to invest in good kitchen products.
Only when you use high-quality materials will they last longer. You then don’t have to replace your products after every few years. Stainless steel cabinets are one of those products that you should consider buying for your kitchen.
Many people are normally not sure of the benefits that come from installing stainless steel kitchen boxes. But there are several advantages you can expect.
1. Elegance
Image sourced from livingspaces.com
If you want to use materials that can enhance the look of your kitchen and beautify your space. Then it would help if you planned on getting PA Kitchen stainless steel cabinets.
They will improve the elegance and aesthetic appeal of your kitchen. People who come to your open-plan kitchen will appreciate its look. Stainless steel can match any décor and color used in the kitchen.
The incredibly smooth finish of stainless steel can sync well with almost all the countertops that can be found on the market.
2. Won’t Rust Easily
Most metals are associated with rust, and that’s probably why no one bothers to use them in the kitchen. But stainless steel cabinets don’t rust easily, making them the best options that you have for your kitchen.
The level of rust resistance, however, depends mainly on chromium content. Stainless steel with more chromium is less likely to get rust. But poor maintenance may force the material to form some rust over a longer period.
And even if the cabinets form rust, it’s easy to remove with the help of simple cleaning tips.
- Use a stainless steel cleaner to wipe your cabinets because it helps shield the protective layer.
- You can also use tin foil and vinegar to restore the smooth finish
- Avoid using cleaners that are made of chlorides, bleach, ammonia, or alcohol
- Don’t wash stainless steel cabinet surfaces with abrasives or disinfectants
- Never use scrub pads or steel wool to remove rust because they can scratch the surface
- Avoid used dishrags, which may be contaminated with food oils.
3. Extremely Hard-Wearing
Another benefit that makes stainless steel better for kitchen cabinetry is hard-wearing. It is a metal alloy that is well-known for its hardness and durability.
Stainless cabinetry can resist not only corrosion but also high temperatures and impacts. But the durability of this material depends mainly on its thickness, hardness, and chromium levels. At PA Kitchen, we guarantee the best durability because we use the highest quality stainless steel.
4. Highly Hygienic
One of the incredible features of stainless steel that makes it a better option in the kitchen is that it is highly hygienic.
Unlike other cabinet materials, stainless steel is antibacterial, 100% fungus-resistant, termite-proof, and water-resistant. It is considered one of the most food-friendly surfaces on the market. This material will not affect the flavor of your food by releasing harmful toxic substances.
This is why the popularity of stainless steel kitchen boxes is increasing daily.
Is Stainless Steel Cheaper than Quartz?
Quartz has superior quality to stainless steel. So, it is more expensive compared to stainless steel. But stainless steel is costlier than all the different types of wood.
Types of Stainless Steel Kitchen Cabinets
There are three main types of stainless steel cabinets – custom, semi-custom, and stock.
Stock Cabinets
These are basic modular mass-produced stainless steel kitchen cabinets. They are made in standard sizes and stored in warehouses until sold.
In some cases, stock kitchen cabinets may not fit the entire span of your kitchen. If that happens, you can use a filler piece to fill the void.
The biggest benefit of stock kitchen cabinets is the affordable price. They also have a very quick delivery time.
Semi-Custom Cabinets
These types of kitchen cabinets are a suitable choice for your home. They are available in a wide variety of shapes and styles. Within the limit, we build your cabinets to match your kitchen.
Semi-custom models are also factory-made to standard sizes. However, they provide far more options in features, size, and finish. If you want better quality kitchen cabinets with unique and special features without incurring higher costs. Then semi-custom designs are the best choice.
With semi-custom models, you also have the option of resizing drawers and doors. This can help you add roll-out shelving, organization inserts, spice racks, and more.
Custom Cabinets

If you are looking for more options, then custom stainless steel cabinets are the best option. These units are not only designed but also built and installed to fit a specific space.
The availability, quality, and price of this type of cabinet vary greatly. But you can depend on PA Kitchen to meet your specific requirements. We have a convenient lead time for custom stainless steel cabinet construction.
Our custom kitchen cabinet solutions are built specifically for your kitchen and include specialized hardware and construction.
Custom cabinetry is not just about its engineering. It is also about the finishes. And what is great about custom design is that if you can think it we can put it together for you.
How much is a Stainless Steel Kitchen?
Stainless steel cabinets are manufactured in different styles. Your choice of manufacturing style and kitchen layout will directly affect the cost of your new stainless steel kitchen. Not to mention that your cabinets account for about 40 percent of the total cost of your new kitchen.
Depending on your floor plan, the cost may range from 100 USD to 500 USD per meter. So, you can expect a mid-size kitchen with the simplest floor plan to cost approximately 2,000 USD. The cost, however, can increase up to 5,000 USD for larger kitchens.
As far as the style or type is concerned, stock cabinets are the cheapest, followed by semi-custom and then the custom.
Labor and installation may also increase the cost of a stainless steel kitchen. This can be the case if you don’t know how to install stainless steel cabinets.
The installation can be labor-intensive and time-consuming if you order ready-to-assemble cabinets instead of fully assembled cabinets. So, you can expect to incur around 130 USD to 200 USD per cabinet for labor and installation.

How to Clean Stainless Steel Kitchen Cabinet Handles?
Stainless steel cabinets might seem to appear simple to clean. But you might come up against some simple challenges when tackling the hardware. This is so because grease and heat can affect the stainless steel cabinet handles.
Sanitizing Stainless Cabinet Handles
You can consider sanitizing your cabinet handles if they aren’t dirty or tarnished.
The easiest and most effective way of sanitizing cabinet handles is with a spray bottle of pure vinegar. Spray a small amount of vinegar on a dry rag and use it to wipe the handles.
After sanitizing the handles, you clean water to rinse off the cleaner. All you have to do is dip a clean rag in water, then use it to rinse off the vinegar from the handles. You can let the handles air dry or use a clean, dry rag to wipe the moisture.
It is advisable to sanitize the cabinet regularly handles to prevent possible rusting and grime buildup. Once a week is enough to keep the handles clean.
Removing Dullness and Grease
High-quality stainless steel handles don’t tarnish. But poor maintenance may cause the handle to become dull over extended periods.
A simple solution of water and mild soap removes grease from your stainless steel cabinet handles. For dull stainless handles, use a mixture of water and vinegar.
Dip a clean piece of cloth in the mixture of water and vinegar and use it to scrub the stainless handles. Make sure you properly scrub all the hard-to-reach places. It would help if you did this until the smooth finish of the handles is restored.
Once you are satisfied that the handles are free of grease and smooth, use a damp washcloth to wipe off the water and vinegar solution. Then use a dry cloth to wipe off the water.
Where to Buy Stainless Steel Kitchen Cabinets

Some of the best suppliers of stainless steel kitchen cabinets from China include Alibaba, Ikea, Wholesalecabinets, and Modcabinetry.
Guide to Select Stainless Steel Kitchen Cabinet
In this chapter, we will provide you with the basic foundational elements to go out and start shopping for the best stainless steel kitchen cabinets.
Identify the Ideal Floor Plan
One of the things that we hear about with kitchens is the design. There are several kitchen cabinetry layout ideas you can consider.
One-Wall Kitchen Layout

Image sourced from pinterest.com
A single-wall kitchen is a logical solution for condominiums and residential homes. It occupies only one wall, leaving you lots of space to move around.
With a one-wall kitchen design, you have all the appliances and stainless steel cabinets arranged along a single wall. This helps you avoid situations where major work zones are too spread out. You can save space without compromising the functionality of your kitchen.
A one-wall design does a good job of complementing an open floor plan. This is especially true when a cooking area flawlessly transits into a dining or living room.
Galley Kitchen Layout
A galley kitchen layout places all the stainless steel cabinets on two parallel walls. This is a better layout than a single-wall arrangement because it allows convenient storage.
In city apartments or tiny homes, the gallery layout is a space-saving solution suitable for at least two users. For this unique floor plan to work correctly, the central gallery space should be large enough to allow for all appliances to be open at the same time.
L-Shape Kitchen Layout

Photo sourced from topsonstainless.com
An l-shaped stainless steel kitchen cabinet layout is suitable for both large and small kitchens. This corner arrangement can feel more spacious than it is visually because of the l-shape floor plan. But it may lose efficiency as the kitchen size increases.
In this setup, stainless steel cabinets are arranged on two adjacent walls with two workstations placed along one wall. The third workstation, on the other hand, is placed on the remaining wall. This arrangement can effectively reduce traffic through the work area.
U-Shape Kitchen Layout
In this layout, the cabinetry is in a u-shaped arrangement, making it a space-saving solution. The third wall in this setup creates the ultimate triangle floor plan.
This kitchen arrangement could be the most practical for you because it isolates your work area from your family traffic. You can position the sink at the base of the U because that’s where you spend most of your time.
So, if you are cooking and another person is washing dishes, your paths will not cross too often.
Tall Kitchen Cabinets
Also referred to as utility or pantry kitchen cabinets, these storage units extend from the floor to the ceiling. They are incredibly tall to provide maximum storage.
A simple pantry needs to be nothing more than a tall kitchen cabinet with lots of shelves for storage. A well-made tall cabinet offers easy access to all of its contents. A pantry can be shallow or deep, depending on the size of your kitchen.
Pantries in kitchen cabinets are available in custom or stock types. Stock kitchen cabinets that serve as pantries are available with a range of fittings and options.
G-Shape Kitchen Layout
A g-shape layout is simply a derivative of the u-shape. It adds an extra wall of kitchen cabinets and countertops that wrap around to become a peninsula, which can be used as an eating area.
A g-shaped kitchen layout is efficient. But it requires you to space the cabinets far enough apart to allow two people to work at the same time.
The only downside to this kitchen layout is that it can give your kitchen an enclosed feeling.
Open-Plan Kitchen
Image sourced from clearviewkitchens.ca
An open-plan kitchen usually appears to have two sections in one room. The first section is made up of three food preparation work centers. The second section comprises a dining area and a family room.
This arrangement is suitable for family kitchens where the cooks can easily enter with guests or other members of the family.
In an open-plan layout, however, the floor plan needs to be properly organized. Otherwise, the space can appear messy and disjointed.
Decide Between Fully Assembled and Ready-to-Assemble Cabinetry
You need to decide and choose between ready-to-assemble (RTA) and fully assembled stainless steel kitchen cabinets for ease of installation.
Fully Assembled
These stainless steel kitchen cabinets arrive at your home fully assembled and ready to install. They are usually fitted with all the hardware except for the handles, which you will fit once in position.
These units are normally costlier and may not be the ideal choice for a tight budget. But they are convenient for someone who doesn’t have enough time for assembling the units or knows little about kitchen cabinetry.
You will also need a place to store the cabinets while you work. You can store them on one side of your kitchen and work around them if it is spacious. Otherwise, you will have to look for a roomier place to store them.
Ready to Assemble (RTA)
Unlike the fully assembled designs, ready-to-assemble stainless steel cabinets arrive at your doorstep as flat-packed units. You can store them away until you are ready to assemble and install them.
Flat-packed cabinets are ideal for a tight budget because they are less expensive. You can also modify them during assembly to meet certain specifications. This is convenient for someone who wants to leave the back panel loose until the cabinets are installed.
Base vs. Wall vs Tall Cabinets
You also have to decide whether you want base cabinets, wall cabinets, or a combination.
Base Cabinets
These units rest on the kitchen floor and can be in full-drawer, full-door, or both doors and drawers. Base kitchen cabinets are highly functional because they provide a base for storage and other services. Not to mention that they do a great job of defining the floor plan of your kitchen.
Wall Cabinets
These cabinets are usually installed on the wall above the counter space. Like base units, wall cabinets are also very functional. If the wall cabinets are elegant, they help enhance the interior décor of the kitchen. They also provide opportunities for creative design.
Planning and Ordering Stainless Steel Cabinets
Don’t order stainless steel kitchen cabinets until the final budget is set. You can effectively stay within the set budget by considering the layout and other design features. When you are planning a layout for your cabinetry, you will most likely need the expertise of a professional in cabinetry.
Conclusion
Stainless steel may not be the first material to consider regarding kitchen cabinetry. But it has some wellness benefits. Its hygienic properties make it a good choice for home, hospital, and restaurant kitchens.
When you install stainless steel cabinets in your kitchen, you don’t have to worry about contaminants seeping into the surface. And it is extremely heat-resistant and low-maintenance compared to traditional cabinet materials.
Stainless steel kitchen cabinets also add a special aesthetic appeal to the interior décor of your kitchen.
